Deposits and Payments: Deposits are not charged on the credit card you provide with this reservation request until after one of our representatives speaks with you to confirm the reservation details. At that time, a deposit of 50% will be charged. The person making this reservation (the purchaser) agrees that he / she is the authorized party for this reservation, the authorized cardholder for the given credit card, and responsible and liable for payment of the total amount.

We will reserve the said date upon the approval of the deposit using the purchaser’s credit card as per the initial telephone conversation. The credit card holder gives authorization to use the credit card information provided.

Cancellations: Reservations made and confirmed online must be cancelled 7 days before the reservation date. Cancellations made after 7 days before the reservation date will incur a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the resrvation date and time will incur a charge for the full amount.

Airport Transfer Cancellations: Airport pickups, dropoffs and transfers can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup day and time. Cancellations made the day of the scheduled pickup will incur a charge to equal 50% of the original fee.

Other: If for unforeseen reasons, such as mechanical issues, the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable, Choice Limousine will provide an equal or better vehicle from our fleet.

Choice Limousine is not responsible for traffic encountered during vehicle rental time or any delays caused by directions instructed to the driver by passengers.

If any of the terms of the reservation cannot be met due to conditions outside of our control – including but not limited to weather or any act of God, accidents, or road closures – we will use our best efforts to notify the customer of these conditions and resulting delays or changes.
